Branding file content do not display correctly on Job Description Page

I am testing new branding file on staging zone and come to find out that the content of the branding file does not display correctly on Job Description page. Once i upload branding file and attach career section, content of the branding file appears on 4 pages, 1.  Job search Page, 2. Job Description Page, 3. Login Page, 4. Upload Resume Page.  Out of 4 pages only one page does not display content correctly, which is Job Description page. see screenshot for correct and incorrect content display.

I wanted to see if anyone had an issue with branding file content not appearing correctly on their zone. we are currently on 14B.5.1
