I've seen this setup more recently, and was curious if anyone was doing this, and if so why or what are the benefits? Basically you can setup an enrollment and instead of tying it to an instructor led training session, you can tie it to an online course. From here you can select any SCORM (or AICC, etc.) course to associate with. You can then display this SCORM course in the enrollments dynamic object, which for us we're exploring to have both e-Learning and ILT in the same dynamic object (some of our business partners aren't happy with the columns
