Hi there,

I'm trying to add an "IF Expression" into my report, but it's giving me an error.

My formula is If field is "eligible" then Yes, else Blank. (please see attachment)

IF([CAND|CAND-REQU_CAND|REQU-REQU_CAND|CUSTOM_1439] =="Eligible") "Y"

I took this format of the formula from the help recruit.
