Updating attendance after instructor led class

How to update attendance after instructor led classContent
I have created an Offering with an instructor led activity for 13/09/2018 and another instructor led activity for 13/09/201. When I view the Learners after the classes, I cannot update the attendance to completed. The ‘Manage Activities’’ button is greyed out. The Change Status button only shows ‘Reject’.
The Status column shoes ‘Not Started’ but both class dates have passed.
Please advise what the process is and how to update attendance
