Applicants Being Redirected to Non-Mobile Enabled Site


I sent an email to a candidate I entered in TBE, using the template to Direct the Candidate to the EWS to Complete Profile.  Once he changed his password, he was automatically redirected to the old Job Search page, not the new mobile enable page.  How do I change this?
