Is there way to automate the Manager field data during the conversion from Candidate to Employee.. Currently the default within the Make an Offer screen is to an alphabetized Employee list, with the first name chosen..

Our organization is still small, and the learning curve on the tool will be steep.. It would be helpful if we could take the Hiring Manager field from Recruit and have it automatically populate the Manager field in Perform.. And for that matter, being able to set the Manager and the Review Manager within Perform as the same person without manual work - would be fantastic.. (I will perhaps ask this question in both forums)..
