Convert Formula for Most Advanced Applicant Status from BO to OBIContent
In Business Objects, we included a field on a Requisition Status report to show the status of the most advanced applicant. We used the formula below:
=NameOf([Most Advanced Applicant Status])
I am unable to replicate a similar formula or functionality to show the same thing in OBI. I've tried reassigning a number value to each of the steps and counting submissions in each step, but am clearly missing something important. Any ideas on a formula I could use to achieve this?
