Hello,

Wanted to gather some ideas around best practices to link performance goals w/ associated metrics into the compensation module in order to administrate a performance bonus plan. My company is currently using the measurements sections within each bonus eligible goal to drive the bonus target values and actual completion percentages but this process is too cumbersome - are there better ways to do this?
