Exporting from OBI - Merged cells and 500 row limit
Summary
Exporting from OBI - Merged cells and 500 row limitContent
Our business users are used to receiving the reports as an Excel file that they can sort/filter/manipulate and perform their own analysis.
The problem we are having with OBI reports is this:
1) When the data is exported, it groups things using merged cells. This makes sort/filter options tedious and time consuming to perform because the merged cells need to be unmerged and the data needs to be copied and pasted to each of the cells that were previously merged.
2) When the data is exported, it only sends 500 rows at a time. So, to run a report that has 2,500 rows, it takes 5 separate exports that then need to be pieced together manually.
