Manager experience issue with time change

Hello -

I had a manager report to me that he had an issue with the time difference. This may be something that was already worked out or was worked out as of today, as he was working on Sunday. He had several interviews scheduled and he found that he had to re-accept them into his calendar in order to have them be on at the right time after the time change. Did anyone else experience this? Is this something that is known/that has been worked out? I did not see any other posts on this matter so I am assuming it
