Hard-coded URL to candidate profile

Can you include a hard-coded URL in an OBIEE report?

Hello,

I have a report in Business Objects that includes a hard-coded URL to the candidate's profile.

="http://cdw.taleo.net/enterprise/publicurl/viewProfile?candidateNumber="+[Candidate ID]

Is it possible to create this in OBIEE? I need the complete URL to display in the column so I do not think an action link would suffice.
