How to find timestamp of when user moves from waitlist to approved

Content

We have training that we have to get 1500 RNs registered for a required ILT track. Many users are registering for more than one session and taking up multiple seats in a limited number of sessions. I am are trying to crack down on users that sign up for more than one enrollment.

I incorrectly made the assumption that the Enrolled Date field indicated that date the user was approved. In this case the user showed being enrolled at

04/05/2016 4:27 PM

As I dug deeper into the Approval message history, I found she actually was moved at 4/11/2016 5:38. Since there isn't a separate message for waitlist to approved , does anyone know of any easy way to find the time stamp of when the system moves a user from the waitlist to approved?
