Hiring Manager Candidate "Rank"/Prioritization
SummaryIs there a way to collect and report on feedback on a specific candidate outside of an interview
We would like to be able to have our hiring managers review candidates as they enter the system and begin to "rank" or prioritize their follow-up/interest in a given candidate..
In addition - it would be great if we could allow colleagues to review candidates and provide a ranking or thumbs-up/down before any interviewing has been done..
Is there an ability like this within the system - and I am just not seeing it?..
