OTBI - organization hierarchy

Summary

Looking to understand how best to join organization hierarchy (org tree) nodes to other data attributes

Content

Hi all,

we have built an org tree with three levels. Enterprise > division > Business Unit.

When trying to use the Organization Hierarchy fields on Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time against other info like the worker Business Unit ID, we were hoping to be able to derive the Division Name however nothing is showing.

Have others been able to successfully use the Organization Hierarchy folders and could provide some guidance on how they have married org tree data that to the worker data ?

Howdy, Stranger!
