Redirect from old CWS to new Career Center site?

Trying to find out if there is a way to redirect anyone that lands on our old CWS to our new Career center site.

Now that we've migrated from our CWS to the new mobile responsive Career Center is there a way to apply a redirect link from the CWS to the new mobile site for anyone that might find their way to our old site??
