I think we are missing a setting for the new Career Center/Talent Center option.  We have poured through the Release notes and checked, unchecked settings to ensure that Manager needing to access EWS without separate login can do so.  Doesn't seem to be working.  

Please see attachment as to steps taken, results and review of settings that have been checked.
