Background screening captured in Recruiting and/or Onboarding

Hi everyone,
Just reaching out to see how other Taleo clients are currently capturing background check status. We have offers contingent/conditional on a clean background check, but need to capture the different contingency hires and what step they are at in the process. We were looking at the Tasks option in Recruiting, but it does not seem reportable in OBIEE. Any suggestions or best practices?
