Hello -
Our team has been asked to customize our recruiting or onboarding process to accommodate the new “ban the box” law. Our initial thought was to remove the criminal history question from our application and create a second pass application where we can collect the data post offer acceptance.
Looking for any input any one may have on the best way to configure the application to manage the "ban the box" law and to collect the necessary information. Also, looking for any documentation on how to configure a second pass application - I wasn't able to find much in the configuration guide.
