Can you draft custom coaching tips if we use custom competencies?

We have added competencies based on our company values and will be rating against those in our annual reviews, but the Review Managers would still like to be able to take advantage of the Coaching Tips.. Is it possible to draft your own coaching tips?.. If so, how?..
