Succession Fields in Talent Profile Summary (Taleo)

Hi All,

 

We currently display some succession data in our Talent Profile view.  We display the number of plans that employee is on some details about those plans.

I am wondering if there is anyone who does this with the following fields:

  • Successors

  • Interim Replacement Metric

  • Ready Now

If you are, I would love to have a 15 minute conversation about how you have this set visually, and confirmation of how data is displayed.
