Candidate Cannont Update Employment History in Career Center (Mobile)

We require 7 years of employment history for new hires. My background check provider is directly integrated into my Taleo, therefore it takes all the information out of my candidate and sends it electronically to my background check provider.

My candidate completed his offer letter, but ONLY has mobile devices at home. The mobile device links to the Career Center. Under the Navigation Pages, there is NO way to update the application information outside of custom or standard fields. There is no place to update the Application Components such as Employment Education and History. I am currently stuck without being able to submit this candidate for his background check since I can't get his employment history into the system. Is there a fix?
