Summary

Is there a way to automatically move an employee from onboarding to employee status once the onboarding packet has been completed?

Is there a way to use Workflow to have Taleo automatically move the new employee from onboarding status to employee status when the onboarding packet is complete?  Our new hires stay in onboarding status and we are unable to search on name in the employee section as a result.  Thank you in advance.
