Question regarding building a report using the "Reviewed Date" with multiple "Reviewed" reference mo

I am trying to build a report that will effectively show the time frame from which a candidate was shared with a Hiring Manager to when a decision was made to either "Manger Requests Offer" or "HM Disqualified".
Currently I am using the "Reviewed Date" column to try and capture when the candidate was moved to the "Share Candidate with HM" status and use the Historical Status Name and Start Date to capture the decision to either offer or reject. However, since there are multiple statuses within our CSW that share the "Reviewed" Reference Model it is only pulling the date for which the candidate reached "Screening in Progress" (which is the first status in the CSW that is marked as a "Reviewed" reference model.
