Employee terminated position removed job title still in

Employee termination and position is removed but job title is still filled

I have a couple of questions around employee status and positions.

- When I terminate an employee the system requires that you remove the position. Can this be done automatically instead of doing this manually?

- Once I have removed the position title manually, the job title is editable but is not cleared automatically. Is there a way to clear the job title automatically, as this person is terminated and therefor no longer has a job title.
