WebEx Version 31 compatibility issues with LearnCenter

WebEx has released version 31 of their software.  This version is not currently compatible with the LearnCenter.  

We are working to review the updates to the API and resolve the issues our clients have reported.

Our recommendation at this time is to not upgrade to WebEx version 31.  If you have already done so, see if you can be rolled back.  If that is not an option, then you might want to try leveraging Bulk Loader to import completions after the event has been completed.
