Assigning a specific role to a new folder in BI Publisher

I have a folder in BI Publisher which is having Author, Consumer and Administrator role. Now I want to create one more folder under the parent folder which can be accessed by employees having Application Implementation Consultant role as one of the roles.

Now, when I grant this role to the new folder and remove the other 3 roles(Author, Consumer, and Administrator role), it becomes inaccessible to me. I am already having Application Implementation Consultant Role.

When I keep the BI Consumer Role along with Application Implementation Consultant role, I am able to access the folder, but employees who do not have Application Implementation role are also able to see the folder.
