Adding Confidential Data to a Configurable Form

I've created a form that we can email to our background check investigator through the Candidate page that populates the necessary fields from our application.  Social Security Number and Date of Birth are required for that, but unless I turn off the display mask, they are blocked out on the form.  I obviously don't want to turn off encryption for those fields, so is there a way to keep them encrypted while still having them show in the form I am sending?

Howdy, Stranger!
