New Hire Interface translates
Summary
New Hire interface codes, from PeopleSoft or using deliveredContent
We are really getting deep into interfaces now. I wondered if you considered NOT using the delivered values for some of the options the candidate needs to fill out.
For example, Gender. The options in Taleo are
- Not specified
- Male
- Female
- I do not wish to provide
Where in PeopleSoft we have :
- Male
- Female
- Unknown
Did you decide to translate these values in the New Hire interface from Taleo into PeopleSoft or create a custom field to populate them in Taleo with the PS values and then send these ‘known’ values over to PeopleSoft?
