Cannot get Managers to rate the Potential Assessment questionnaire

hi All,

I have create a Potential Assessment Questionnaire for the Talent Review meeting. But when I pull up the questionnaire for giving rating as a Manager then I cannot see any answer options in the questionnaire. Even when I go to the Manage Potential Assessment task and try to preview the questionnaire it does not bring up any answer options. I have configured the Potential Assessment rating model and the Potential Rating model. I am I missing something or is this a bug for which I have to raise an SR. Or is it because I am missing some access (security).
