Onboarding - Complex Transition with Conditions
Summary
Onboarding - Complex Transition with ConditionsContent
I'm attempting to add a complex router to our existing e-offer Onboarding process. Here's the scenario: we have a UDF in the offer grid that has 37 possible values. If value 1-5 is selected, then a custom message needs to trigger to group A, if value 6-10 is selected, then a different custom message needs to trigger to group B, if values 11-20 is selected, then a 3rd custom message need to trigger to group C, and if value 20-37 is selected or no value is selected then no message is trigger and we move to the next thing.
