Skills vs Goals?

Adding forms to review skills instead of goals

Content

I've been tasked with creating a parallel set of forms which allow us to goal-set and conduct reviews based on an employee's skills acquired rather than goals achieved.

About 50% of our employees would be reviewed on goals with the other 50% reviewed on skills. The latter employees are construction workers.

I began this endeavor by creating new versions of the forms, however, when I looked at manager roles it looks like the managers can only use one form or the other but not both. Some of these managers have both types of workers reporting to them.

Howdy, Stranger!
