Our agency is beginning to dive deeper and work out our performance and compensation process in TBE and we have run into a few hiccups - so thought I would post it all here so others could help me resolve things and better yet we can all have a reference point in the future..

The first question that arose was with regard to building our Performance Review Templates, we decided to use customer Competencies and were hoping we could still take advantage of the Coaching Tips (even if we crafted them ourselves)..
