How addressing the new FLSA salary threshold rule?

We are looking at ways to manage our offers against the new FLSA salary threshold - some of the things we are considering includes: leveraging reports to monitor for offers that are Exempt but the salary is less than $47,476 and using TCC to exclude a hire from our extract file where the job is exempt and the salary is less than $47476.
What I'd really like is a way to put some logic on the offer grid that would stop a recruiter from offering a salary below the threshold for an exempt job.
What other methods are being considered out there?
