Comments Table (on EWS Goal Details) missing data/update

I would like to update the below Table/List View on the Employee Website, Goal Details view to remove the User (which is not populating) and replace it with (or make work) who has input the comment.. But goodness me, I can't find that darn table anywhere.. Can someone direct me to where it is hiding?..
