In Taleo Learn, How is the allocation of supervisors?

Hi!!

We understand that you can only assign the supervised by grouping them then, and for the creation of supervisors, in a hypothetical scenario, where I have a universe of 4700 employees and 500 are supervisors, they i have to create one by one by the application, or you can perform on a massive scale?
