Running TCC on Windows Server 2012

Per our internal security policies, we're in progress of moving all instances of TCC off individually issued laptops and onto a virtual server (yes, we know this is the honor system).
The TCC documentation states that only Windows Server 2008 is currently supported. However, we don't want to set up on a server that we anticipate Microsoft will deprecate soon. Oracle support cannot tell us when/if 2012 will be officially supported and it's not currently on their roadmap.
My question: has anyone set up their instance of TCC on a Windows Server 2012 despite the lack of Oracle support? Any issues with it?
