Mass load for Value Set using Web Service

Hi All,

We are trying to load value set (cost centers) in Oracle HCM Cloud using web service (https://pod.fs.em2.oraclecloud.com:443/fndAppCoreServices/FndManageImportExportFilesService?wsdl)

for few lines it works fine (15-20 lines) but when trying to load a large file (5000 lines) it fails and got time out error.

Can someone help on this ?
