Track Pipeline Requisition to Hire Requisition

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone has any creative ways - either via reporting, TCC, or recruiting - of tracking at the candidate level, the pipeline requisition that the candidate was matched from on a hiring req?  We have a very large volume of candidates and sometimes they are matched from one pipeline to a hiring req and then to a different hiring req and we need to track back to that original pipeline req.

I know there are some reporting and TCC options as well as using UDFs, but would like to hear what others have done - especially when dealing with a large volume of candidates.  Thanks!
