Summary

I am looking for a best practice for tracking campus specific hires versus experienced hires. I want to be able to use this tracking in the long-term for reporting purposes.

My Recruiting Director has asked if I can come up with a way to easily track campus hires vs experienced hires.  She wants to be able to track, long-term, how well our campus hires perform at our organization.  Any suggestions on how your organization accomplishes this or any best practices you can recommend are appreciated.
