Approval Process for Selection Panel

Hi

We are currently in the process of implementing Taleo for our Recruitment process and would like to know if anyone has implemented the system that uses a selection panel for recruiting (minimum of 3 people on the panel).

As part of our Recruitment policy, we require all members of the selection panel to approve the decision on the successful candidate before it is sent for further approval by the head of the unit.

Any information on how this process was managed would be greatly appreciated.
