How to set up action links that drill down into a detail report

I was hoping someone could help me set up an action link on my report that I want to use in a dashboard. I have 2 reports.

Report 1: Details of Referred Candidates who reached an Interview status (i.e. Name, Req, date, who referred them, etc).

Report 2: Table with an Interview Total column and a Hires Total column by Group UDF (which is a case statement that combines certain workflows and displays a group name)

I would like to do some kind of action link on the totals columns so that when you click on the number, it opens the details report so you can see the names, etc.
