Configuration required for 'Company Sign In' to work when accessed via embedded links in notificati

Our organisation has implemented SSO and all users login to the applictaion via SSO.However SSO does not work when user click on embedded links in notifications.

Details regarding issue faced:

Embedded link in notifications for example performance document,feedback notifications etc open up a Login page which allows employees to either key in their user id/password or click on 'Company Sign In' to access the application.

Having implemented SSO users do not know their user id /password  and are expected to click on Company Sign which in turn should redirect to the respective application page via SSO.
