Hello.  We create Recruiter and HR Rep user type accounts for our recruitment users manually.  In some cases, the account is created, but then another account is created by TCC for the same user.  We use TCC to import Hiring Manager user type.  Our internal support team modifies the TCC created account (adjusts user type) and transfers the work from manually created account to the TCC created account.  Lately, though, they were having some issues - they are either unable to transfer transitions tasks, or get a notification that user is not active.  I was wondering if anyone else has the
