Link in Position Title field: can this be removed?

There is a link on the position title field EWS and manager view which we want to be removed.

In TBE when you add the 'position' (title) field to a page lay-out, this automatically has a link in it to the position library. But as we have groups of people, like f.i. employees and line manager, who don't have access to the library, we don't want this link there. Is it possible to remove the link?
