List of direct reports in dashboard prompt

Users select "Top" manager from dashboard prompt and another prompt lists all their direct reportsContent
We have select performance tiles setup and want users to be able to select a "Top" manager from a dashboard prompt which then lists all of that manager's direct reports in another prompt so users can select one or more of those direct reports to see their counts change in the performance tiles.
I've set up the Top Manager prompt with a Presentation Variable (RatingTopMgr) and tried to have the Direct Reports prompt use the SQL results to restrict the list:
