Accessing eshare Recruitment Offer Approval forms

I have been asked to make a modificatoin to the Recruiting Offer Approval Request eshare form.

I have been requested to modify the Recruiting Offer Approval Request eShare form and I can't seem to find the form on the Configuration menu to make the changes. Can someone provide some insight on eshare/Recruiting center forms how to's?
