I'm curious if any TBE users are using it to track payment of employee referral program incentives? We currently use a spreadsheet to track which referrals are eligible for an incentive and when the incentive is paid. It would be more efficient if the information was kept within Taleo. Are others doing this?

Maybe a custom tab could be used? Any other ideas?
