How to Decide use Position Management or Not

Hi Team,

if possible can any one tell me what are all the factors need to be consider while deciding configure TBE position management or not.

i have recruiting and onboarding both the licence but i am curious about to know in which scenario i have to enable position management and in which scenario i have to not use.

do i need to consider the Core HR System also whether it is position management or not.

i would appreciate if someone clarify my doubts.
