One of our client has a requirement to make dependent designation mandatory when enrolling in Employee + Child/Spouse/Family options.

Please let me know if you have done this for any of your customer.

Note: We are not looking for EOI/Certification option. The employee should not be able to save elections if the dependent designation is not made.
