Human Resources Dashboard

How do you set this up for HR to access?Content
Hello,
As administrators we see the human resources dashboard. Our HR team have a number of duty roles but we cannot seem to navigate to the dashboard.
We have looked in structure to see if we can make it an icon on the welcome dashboard but cannot see this.
How do you set-up your system to allow HR to view this dashboard? Any help/screenshots greatly appreciated,
